Sub-processors

SoftCare Technologies Ltd uses the sub-processors below to provide the SoftCare service. Each is engaged under a written contract that meets Article 28 of the UK GDPR.
Customer data is hosted in London. Where a sub-processor processes data outside the United Kingdom, the table states the safeguard that applies. Schedule 2 of our Data Processing Agreement sets out the data each sub-processor receives.

Notified changes
We give customers at least 30 days' notice by email before a new sub-processor begins processing their data. A customer may object during that period under clause 7.4 of the Data Processing Agreement.
There are no proposed changes.
AI features
AI features in SoftCare are optional and are disabled for each organisation until that organisation enables them. AI features use models hosted by AWS in London, so that data sent to them is processed in the United Kingdom. Customer data is not used to train AI models.
