We cover our infrastructure and support costs with the £499 floor. The minimum applies on small teams — on the 1-year plan you reach pure per-seat pricing at ~50 users; on the 5-year plan it's ~100 users.
Once you're past ~300 users on the 1-year plan, the £3,000/month unlimited option is cheaper than per-seat. The 3-year plan tips at ~313 users (£2,500 flat) and the 5-year at ~400 users (£2,000 flat) — longer commitments lower the per-user rate, so per-seat stays cheaper for longer.
